House DJ Carlone has produced, remixed and mastered for artists including April Morgan (singer for Sandy Rivera, signed to Defected Records), Ben Volpeliere-Pierrot of Curiosity Killed The Cat, Sonna Rele (signed by Ne-Yo), Frankie Foncett and All Saints’ producer K-Gee.

 

Carlone produced the official remix of Mind Your Own Business, for the soundtrack to the film Stranger Than Fiction, starring Dustin Hoffman and Queen Latifah. He also produced, mixed and mastered Sonna Rele and Fearless for the dub step inspired title track of the movie Everywhere and Nowhere, directed by Menhaj Huda (Kidulthood).

 

His mixes are an uplifting and progressive blend of deep, tech, electronic and euphoric house. Born in the disco era, he is inspired by the sounds of the 70’s and 80’s, and influenced by his diverse cultural background.

 

To add another dimension to his DJ sets, Carlone performs with a live guitarist, saxophonist and percussionist. He has regularly plays at prestigious London venues including Home House, Broadway House, Embassy, Hedges & Butler, Playboy Club, Baku and Momo.

 

 

For the past 10 years, he has organised the highly successful theme nights Holdup Heroines (click here for website) and Handbags & Hats, with tickets for these events selling out in 30 minutes.

 

Holdup Heroines is a full costume event, held at London member’s venue, Home House.  Handbags & Hats regularly hosts over 1000 guests at Konnect (formerly Pacha London) with live PAs and catwalk show.

 

Carlone has made special appearances at the exclusive New Year’s Eve event Bacanal, held in Mayfair and Knightsbridge.

 

His fans return time and time again to enjoy his high energy live performances, and exceptional sound quality in production, mixing and mastering.
