David has performed at international festivals and events including the Royal Chelsea Flower Show, Toronto Youth Day, Hollywood Bowl Summer Sounds, Reggae on the River, SXSW, Greek Theater Berkeley, Bob Marley Day Long Beach, The Virgin Atlantic Music Festival and Reggae on the Boardwalk in Barbados. All Island is David’s fifth studio album, and showcases his unique and accessible ‘feel good’ sound. The album was produced and recorded in Jamaica with Mikie Bennett.

With infectious hooks, solid drums and bass and tight harmonies, the songs cover topics including human displacement, green industries and weaponised mosquitoes, to make you dance, shout, rally, love and laugh.

'Kirton has busted out of the box blending elements of reggae, soul, rock and pop into a contemporary yet natural sound, which he then delivers with his exotically smooth, soul dipped voice’

Canadian Nation Campus Review

‘It is obvious to me that something profound happened to David Kirton in the last few years. He is seeing his Island and the individuals with new eyes and it has resulted in a much more honest and passionate expression. I am proud to have been able to musically capture some of this passion. As I watched the Jamaican musicians react to the tracks, I knew we were on to something really special.’
