In 2009, Harriet appeared in the Royal Ballet production of “Tales of Beatrix Potter” at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. She went on to win a highly coveted place at the Tring Park Classical Ballet Academy, part of the prestigious Tring Park School for the Performing Arts.

Harriet has won numerous awards including: Regional winner for lyrical dance at All England Dance, titleholder at Destination Dance UK, and “Most Promising Dancer” at Bournemouth Dance Festival. Harriet was second in the I.S.T.D National Ballet Awards in 2014, also winning the cup for musicality and this year won the “Technical Application Award” in the national
I.S.T.D Janet Cram Modern Competition.

From the age of 10, Harriet has been working with vocal coach Lynsey Simon (Gloria Gaynor, The Osmonds and Billy Ocean) and Stage Factor Productions Ltd. Since last month, Harriet has been starring in the hit CBBC dance show Taking The Next Step.

Harriet is now releasing her fantastic debut single Dream It with Right Recordings. The track was written by Glenn Keiles (CSI, America’s Next Top Model and Good Morning America) and Penny Lane (Cliff Richard, Johnny Mathis and Tony Bennett) and the lyrics encompass a young dancer’s hopes and dreams. It is the first song to be released from the forthcoming musical Feel Good Academy, produced by West End producer Adam Paulden (The Wedding Singer, The Play That Goes Wrong and Top Hat).
